PROCESSING

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 5-7 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email meltedglowcc@gmail.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S. A $9.99 flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders under $75, and all orders shipping to AK, HI, and PR. 

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination. 

Once a label is generated for your order, you will receive your shipping confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking status of your shipment to become available after the label is created.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Want it fast? We don't blame you. We offer UPS 2-Day shipping for domestic orders within the contiguous United States. The cost depends on the package's destination and weight. Kindly factor in our processing time of 3-5 business days when scheduling your order.

Orders shipped with UPS 2-Day will reach you within two business days from our fulfillment center. Orders made on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day are expected to arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, excluding weekends.
