All of our candles are handmade with YOU in mind. Due to the nature of our products we cannot offer refunds or returns.

If you have any questions or concerns about any of the products you have ordered, or feel like you have received a defective product, please send an email to meltedglowcc@gmail.com containing your order number, a picture of the product, and any additional information.
